Meeting Senior Executives

So met with the senior executives yesterday and today. Few things to learn and imbibe from these interactions.

- learn how to always set the context before getting into the details of the discussion. Our company CEO did that very well.

- Personality, face, posture reflects a great deal about you. Our company CEO didnt sound so impressive but looking at him you could feel you can trust him. Trust I believe is one of the greatest things.

- Second opinions, reviews, always always step back and re-look at your work.

- Always verify your analysis with a simple back of the envelope calculation and asking does that make sense? It is very important to stay on the correct path while diving deep.

- Learning: more acquisitions, more regulatory frameworks.

- Public speaking: start with good humour about yourself - age is usually good, applaud everybody organizing the event.
